Certified Domestic Violence Treatment Program
The Smart Choices Domestic Violence Treatment Program is fully certified by the State of Nevada Committee on Domestic Violence and complies with all requirements under NRS Chapter 228 and the Nevada Administrative Code governing domestic violence treatment providers.
Nevada law requires that all certified domestic violence treatment sessions be completed in person. Smart Choices provides a structured, supportive, and compliant environment for both men and women, with classes available in English and Spanish.
Program Options
26-Week Program
Meets Nevada’s minimum treatment requirement for many first-time domestic violence cases.
52-Week Program
Required for higher-risk cases or when ordered by the court, probation, or a supervising agency.
