Our 16‑hour anger management class is a short‑term, skills‑based program designed to meet court, probation, and employer requirements. It focuses on education, emotional regulation, and practical tools, not long‑term therapy. This class is commonly ordered for misdemeanors, non‑violent offenses, or first‑time incidents.
Our classes are offered In-person, and via Zoom.
