About the Program

Our Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a Nevada court-approved awareness program required under NRS 484C.530 for individuals charged with misdemeanor Driving Under the Influence of alcohol and/or other drugs (DUI). The purpose of our VIP is to reduce repeat offenses by helping participants understand the real-life consequences of impaired driving.

The class is conducted in a safe, respectful environment where participants are never shamed or condemned. Instead, they are encouraged to reflect on how their choices can seriously impact their own lives and the lives of others.

If you reside in the State of Nevada, you are required to take this class in person.
